Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Keel, an extension for Zoho CRM provided by TALONOID Technologies (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Keel you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Keel within your Zoho CRM organization, subject to these Terms and your active plan.

2. Plans & billing

Keel is offered on a free plan and paid plans priced per organization. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through the Zoho Marketplace under Zoho's billing terms. Fees are stated at purchase and may be billed monthly or yearly. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Keel only with data you are authorized to process, and in compliance with applicable laws (including data-protection and anti-spam laws). You must not use Keel to process data unlawfully or to send unsolicited communications.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to your CRM data. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining backups; merge and standardization actions are initiated by you.

5. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. Material changes to paid features will be communicated reasonably.

6. Disclaimers

Keel's validation, matching and enrichment results are provided on a best-effort basis and expressed as confidence scores; they are indicative, not guarantees of accuracy. Keel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing proposed changes before applying them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Keel. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Keel in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Keel and cancel your subscription at any time via the Zoho Marketplace. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
